One night a friend of mine passed out in the basement. Our neighbor’s dog came over and wanted a snack. Luckily there was some peanut butter.

I’m going to miss a Thursday night game in Blacksburg and that is very upsetting. Hopefully we can salvage this season and get a big win tonight.

What is TED?  They say it best on their About Ted page:

I’ll share some of the talks that I have enjoyed. First up is Seth Godin. The man is a genius and thinks in ways that makes me feel stupid.  He’s an animated presenter and gifted story teller. I like how he keeps his slides simple and uses the 4 colors that relate to his first slide.

H. Jackson Brown Jr., author of Life’s Little Instruction Book, gives us this list on how to lead a successful life.

If there is anyone still following this site, be prepared for some downtime. I think 4 years with the same design is enough. I also haven’t posted in quite a while, but hope to change that.

Edit:  The new design is mostly done. I chose to use a theme rather than create my own design since I am horrible at graphic design. I’ll keep tweaking things while I post.  Let me know what you think.
